The Bible: We believe in the inspiration, preservation and inherancy of the Word of God. We believe that
the Scriptures were inspired of God (II Timothy 3:16), written by holy men of God (II Peter 1:16-21), and
preserved by God (Psalm 12:6-7, Psalm 100:5, Matthew 24:35). We believe the Word of God to be
preserved without error in the Authorized King James Bible of 1611. If God cannot preserve His Word
without error, He is not God!
God: We believe in one God (Deuteronomy 6:4) who is known in three persons, also called the trinity.
God the Father (Ephesians 6:23), God the Son (I Timothy 3:16, John 1:1,14, John 14:7-9, I John 5:20),
and God the Holy Spirit (Acts 5:3-4, Acts 21:11). These three are one God (I John 5:7). We believe that
God is the Creator of all things (Revelation 4:11), and that He has no beginning and no end (Revelation
1:8, Revelation 22:13).
Hell: We believe in a literal, burning hell (Matthew 10:28) originally created for the Devil and his angels
(Matthew 25:41). But since the fall of man, hell has become the place where men go (Mark 9:43-48) if
they reject the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour.
Heaven: We believe in a literal heaven (Isaiah 63:15, Matthew 6:9). It is a pure and holy place where sin,
pain, and death cannot enter. Heaven is the habitation of God, His angels, and every saved believer that
has passed away (Psalm 5:4, John 14:1-3, II Corinthians 5:8).
Salvation: We believe that salvation is a free gift that God is willing to give to anyone who will repent of
their sins, turn to the Lord Jesus Christ, put their faith in His death, burial, and resurrection, and that will
accept Him as their personal Lord and Saviour. We believe that salvation is by grace through faith alone,
and not of works (Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 3:28). Only the Lord Jesus Christ can save a soul. Not works,
men, good deeds, religion, baptism, or a church (John 3:16, Romans 10:9-13, Acts 16:31, Titus 3:5,
Romans 6:23, Romans 5:9-12, I Timothy 2:5). We believe in the free will of man and the liberty of choice
given by God, therefore we reject the doctrine of Calvinism (II Peter 3:9).
Eternal Security: We believe that the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ is powerful enough to forgive ALL
sins, once and for all. We do not believe that a believer, a saved/born-again Christian, can lose his
salvation. That would make the precious and powerful blood of the Lord Jesus Christ not strong enough
to forgive all sins, or would imply that He needs to go on the cross again (Hebrews 10:10). Once you're
saved you're placed in Christ, and Christ in you. You are redeemed by His blood, and your soul is sealed
by the Spirit of God (Colossians 1:27, John 14:20, Ephesians 1:13, Ephesians 4:30, Ephesians 2:8-9, John
10:28, John 6:37, Romans 3:28, Romans 11:29).
Baptism: We believe that baptism in the church age has nothing to do with the salvation of the soul. But
is simply a like figure of the death, burial, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. Showing the church
and the world that you are a new creature in Christ and that your old man is crucified in Him (Romans
6:4-6). It is also the answer of a good conscience toward God (I Peter 3:21). We believe that baptism
should be done by full immersion. The same way the Lord Jesus Christ and the Ethiopian eunuch were
baptized (Acts 8:38-39, Matthew 3:16).
Church: We believe that the church consists of all the believers in Christ. All the saved, born-again
Christians form the church and also His body in which He's the Head (Colossians 1:18,24, Ephesians
1:22-23, Ephesians 5:23-24,30-32, I Corinthians 12:12-14). In the Bible, the church is also referred to as a
local assembly of believers (I Corinthians 16:1,19, II Corinthians 8:1,18, Colossians 4:15-16, II
Thessalonians 1:1,4). We believe in two ordinances: water baptism and the Lord's Supper (I Corinthians
1:16, 1 Corinthians 11:23-27), and two offices: pastor and deacon (I Timothy 3:1-13, Philippians 1:1).
Rightly Dividing: We believe that we should rightly divide the Scriptures, as it is required of us, leading
us to have proper doctrines (II Timothy 2:15). We therefore reject the opposing positions of covenant
theology, as well as hyper-dispensationalism. We believe in the rapture of the church before the 7 years of
tribulation, and in the premillenial return of the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in the literal and physical
return of the Lord Jesus Christ after 7 years of tribulation, and that He will come and set up His literal,
physical promised kingdom on earth as King of Kings and Lord of Lords (Acts 1:6, Zephaniah 3:8-20,
Zechariah 14:16-21, Isaiah 9:6-7, Revelation 19:11-16, Revelation 20:4-6).
